How do I register?

Step 1: 

Open the Clean Water Global app. A screen will appear with 'login/create account'. Enter your email address and password, then click 'next'.

Step 2: 

Self-employed? Select ‘company’ to ensure invoices are issued with your VAT number. Fill in the additional information and accept the privacy policy.

Step 3: 

Enter the verification code that was sent to your email inbox.

Step 4: 

You are now in the app where you can:

• Create a new deposit
• Find a collection point
• View your total contribution and past deposits

That’s it! You can now bring your paint rinse water, brushes, and rollers to the collection points. All your certificates and invoices are available in the app.

How do you create a deposit?

 
Step 1: 

Want to make a deposit? Scan the Clean Water Global QR code — you can find it at the checkout.

Step 2: 

Choose which service you want to use:

• Paint rinse water
• Paint residues
• CWG rinse service
• DIY rinse service

Step 3: 

Enter the number of liters and follow the instructions in the app. When handing in brushes and rollers, make sure to take a photo for verification. Once you've done that, click 'confirm'.

Need more help? Click the question mark in the app and a video with additional instructions will appear.

Step 4: 

The store will now check and confirm your deposit.

Step 5: 

Once the validation is complete, you can select a payment option.

Step 6: 

Pay, submit, and you’re done! You can find your certificate and invoice in the app. Want to view your certificate? Click on ‘Certificate’ and then on ‘View certificate’.

Find a collection point

Step 1: 

Looking for a collection point? You can find the nearest collection point by clicking on the search icon.

Step 2: 

You can find all our partners on the map or enter their name in the search bar.

Step 3: 

When you click on the collection point, you will see useful information such as the opening hours of that collection point.
