From processing to acceleration: Direction CONFIRMED
January confirmed what we already saw throughout 2025: the sector is moving, and CWG is growing alongside it. Through volumes, trust, and collaboration.
Processing as a foundation and the basis for expansion
In 2025, Clean Water Global processed in total 68,000 liters of rinse water through its deposit points and collection units.
That momentum is accelerating: in January alone, 35,600 liters of rinse water were processed.

This growing volume not only shows that proper processing is becoming standard practice, but also where the next step lies. Once rinse water is correctly collected, the need for broader sorting of related waste streams naturally follows — at the same location.
That is why CWG is expanding its role as a sorting and waste processing partner for the sector, offering solutions for:
- Rinse water
- Paint left overs
- Sealant cartridges
- Empty plastic and metal buckets
- Rollers and brushes (tools)
By bringing these waste streams together within one integrated approach, proper processing becomes clearer and easier for professional users. Not fragmented solutions, but a logical expansion built on what already works today.

Where relevant, CWG expands the environmental permits to process solvent-based paint, ensuring continuity for professionals while remaining aligned with our commitment to safe handling and circular progress.
De Dag van de Schilder: strong energy, powerful results
he Festool event “De Dag van de Schilder” was a great success. Professional painters from all segments of the sector were present, including affiliated painters working with a wide range of manufacturers. The enthusiasm for our solution was clear across the board.
Within 4 to 5 hours, all flyers, buckets, and gadgets were completely gone. Our CWG team of seven people was fully engaged throughout the event, continuously pitching and explaining our approach. The level of interest and the quality of the conversations showed how strongly proper processing resonates on the work floor.
We would like to sincerely thank our ambassador Salim Smits and Festool for the excellent organization and the welcoming atmosphere. It was a day filled with positive energy, meaningful connections, and tangible results.
We also appreciated the strong presence and engagement of other key players on the floor, including Graco, Kip, Repair Care, Soudal, Altrex, and De Betere Schilder.
And of course, a special mention to the legend himself, Ruben Van der Kruis, whose presence added extra character and connection to the day.
To all our new heroes: welcome to the platform.
Thank you for choosing to act responsibly and for helping move the sector forward.

2025 Awards: recognising leadership at deposit points
In January, we presented the 2025 CWG Awards, recognising deposit points and partners who consistently chose proper processing throughout the past year. These awards are not about numbers alone, but about commitment, consistency, and setting the standard within the sector.
In addition, we sat down with several of these partners for in-depth conversations, interviews, and podcast recordings. They shared their experiences, insights, and practical perspectives from the work floor.
These stories will be released soon follow our journey on our social channels to stay up to date.

2026: strengthening our role as a waste processor
While continuing to build on the strong growth of 2025, 2026 will focus on clarity and further defining our role as a waste processor and sorting partner.
We will actively share updates and clearly communicate which services we provide as a sorting and waste processing company, with a focus on:
- proper processing
- clarity per waste stream
- one clear point of contact for the sector
At the same time, we see growing interest within existing networks, including additional customers within larger paint groups. This confirms that scalable processing solutions are becoming increasingly important.

Marketing campaign with our ambassadors
In February, we will launch the next phase of our marketing efforts together with our ambassadors professionals who demonstrate in practice how proper processing already works today.
In the coming weeks, we will share their stories, insights, and real-world experiences across our channels, highlighting how responsibility on the work floor translates into concrete action.
We also invite other professionals to become part of this ambassador network. Show how you handle collected paint waste in your daily work and help us spread the message. In return, we actively promote our ambassadors through strong, authentic content across our social platforms building visibility while keeping the circular promise of supporting each other.
At the same time, we are actively developing new solutions within the CWG app. These will make responsible work more visible, while also adding value through premium content and practical insights for professionals who want to go one step further.
