Founder & CEO
Timmy is the driving force behind CWG. With a strong background in the coatings sector, he saw firsthand how water pollution from the paint industry was being overlooked — and decided to act. His solution-focused mindset and entrepreneurial energy led to the creation of CWG, where he now leads innovation, partnerships, and strategy with a clear goal: making wastewater management smarter, cleaner, and more accessible.
Alexandra Florea
Cofounder & CFO
Alexandra focuses on streamlining operations and automating internal processes to support efficient growth. Her role is in building collaborations with key stakeholders and ensures the company continues progressing toward its mission. She bridges structure with innovation to help CWG scale sustainably and effectively.

As Chief Strategy Officer, Phil leads all visual communication and branding at Clean Water Global. From clear, compelling campaigns to a recognizable brand identity, he ensures our message reaches the right audience with impact.
