Your mission at CWG

You are the bridge, the spark, and the voice. As our Customer Success & Communications rockstar, you ensure that customers not only achieve results but also have an experience they can’t stop bragging about.

What you'll do: turn customers into true fans by guiding, supporting, and celebrating their successes. Keep all communication sharp, clear, and energetic, whether it’s an email, a campaign, or a quick call. Be the go-to person who connects the dots between our team and our customers.

Your daily tasks 

  • Maintaining smooth and strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring excellent follow-up with our customers and their projects.
  • Creating inspiring and clear content: newsletters, articles, blog posts, social media posts, and more.
  • Visiting customers and potential clients on-site to explain systems and provide demonstrations.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities and areas for improvement with customers.
  • Acting as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth processes.

Who are you?

  • Hands-on and comfortable working on-site with customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva (Odoo is a plus).
  • Managing multiple tasks simultaneously without losing oversight.
  • Communicating clearly and energetically, always tailored to your audience.
  • Strong in building relationships with customers and partners.
  • Driven by growth, learning, and development.
  • Passionate about sustainability and making a real impact.
